Modified Lacrosse - Girls

The goal of the modified lacrosse program at Albany Academy for Girls is to promote lifelong participation in athletics and improve upon fundamental lacrosse skills. Student-athletes are provided with the tools to make them better players and increase their self-confidence, self-esteem and leadership skills. There are two levels of participation: a modified program for Seventh, Eighth & Ninth Grade students and a varsity program for Upper School students.
